What is the best portable gps system for a real estate agent?

I am looking at garmin but they have so many models. Which one is light weight and accurate and gives you turn by turn voice directions?
How accurate are the directions in the Los Angeles area? Basically, southern California.
I want to get one that is less than a pound.
