My budget is less than $200. I want a gps that has voice guided commands, and provides specific instructions to my destination.

tom tom one
I have one, I use it all the time.
I also have a magellen 600 explorist, but I use that for geocaching.
Tomtom one third edition is a great deal at 149 or some of the Mios are a good buy. Garman are great but more expensive. Wouldn’t stray too much from those brands or the maps will suck. You don’t want a brand that doesnt update maps because they went out of business.
These 4 are excellent for you;
Tom Tom One 3rd Edition
Magellan Roadmate 1200
Garmin Streetpilot C330
Garmin Nuvi 200
All are priced within $200 and below at Circuit City.
I JUST bought the TomTom One XL on Sunday. **Apparently** it is good (see my lastest questions… it may help….) It’s a gift for my father so I haven’t opened it yet. But the reviews are good.
Got it at FutureShop
Tom TOm’s are the best they are really dependable and very cheap
